The best behind-the-scenes insight any World of Dance viewer can get comes from co-executive producers, Napoleon and Tabitha D'umo. The two-time Emmy-winning duo, better known as NappyTabs, gave World of Dance Studios an incredible look at Wednesday's World Final and the season as a whole.The last episode was filmed just as the pandemic hit the U.S. The production crew had to scramble and get the set ready for the finale earlier than anticipated. NappyTabs described how they changed the entire last episode for finalists MDC3, Oxygen, Geometrie Variable and Jefferson y Adrianita — it was an unsettling experience.
