The World of Dance Audition Series is the newest stop on the road to the World of Dance Summit Competition.  Showcase your skills in an intimate studio setting and be critiqued by a panel of three world class judges. 

All teams will be invited to compete in one of the three rounds of competition at the World of Dance Summit. Compete for the coveted title of World Champion and earn an invitation to an unparalleled summer dance experience opportunity like no other.  Kick off your World of Dance journey and win a “Golden TIcket” to the championship round through our Auditon Series.

Two Audition Divisions

There are two different divisions, one for teams 18 years of age and younger, and one for adults, college students, and professional dancers that is open to ALL ages.

Junior Team Division

Ages: under 18*
Group size: 5+
Experience/Background

  • Dancers have performance experience, though may be new to the community & industry setting.
  • Dancers exhibit developing and consistent understanding of formations and use of audition space.
  • Complexity of choreography ranges based on the age and level of the group.

Team ( All Ages )

All Ages
Group size: 5+
Experience/Background

  • Dancers have performance experience in a pre-professional or professional, community, or industry competition setting.
  • Dancers exhibit an efficient understanding of intricate formations and use of audition space..
  • Complexity of choreography, originality and exceptional creativity is evident and demonstrated throughout the set.

World of Dance Audition Series

  • Intimate Audition Style Event
  • Live feedback from a World of Dance certified Head Judge
  • Secure an invite to the World of Dance Summit
  • Become a part of the World of Dance Network

Golden & Silver Ticket Winners

  • Golden Ticket Winners will receive a divisional invite to the Championship Round of the World of Dance Summit Competition
  • Silver Ticket Winners will receive a divisional invite to the Challenger Round of the World of Dance Summit Competition
  • All other participants will receive a divisional invite to the Opening Round of the World of Dance Summit Competition
  • Chance for the title of “World of Dance Finals Champion”
