Savannah Manzel Credits Choreographer Mackenzie Symanietz for Her 'World of Dance' Success
Mackenzie Symanietz is back choreographing on Season 4 of World of Dance after helping her cousins, Ellie & Ava Wagner reach the World Final on Season 3. This season, she is choreographing for the youngest contestant on the show, nine-year-old Savannah Manzel. The "Larkin Legacy" is well-known in the dance industry, thanks to her grandmother Shirley Larkin, who founded Larkin Dance Studio. The studio is now run by her mother, Molly Symanietz. The studio has produced incredible dancers like Ellie & Ava, Taylor Sieve, Madison Jordan and Eva Igo.On this week's aftershow, Manzel describes the incredible Duel against 305 and how Symanietz prepared her for every situation, including a falling microphone pack. It's not easy to handle the pressure of World of Dance, but the choreographer knew she had a special talent on her hands.Catch the World of Dance Aftershow, brought to you LIVE by World of Dance Studios, every Tuesday at 8 p.m. Pacific (following the NBC World of DanceEast Coast airing):World of Dance Studios YouTubeWorld of Dance U-Jam FacebookJoin WORLD OF DANCE for the summer’s hottest 6-week online dance party!
