WOD: How did it feel when you found out you’d be on Season 3?
E: It was so surreal finding out we were selected to be on the show. We look up to somany acts that have been here before us and it’s amazing to be able to share thesame stage as them.
WOD: What style are you performing, and why?
E: We are a hip-hop crew with a variety of street styles. We perform together underthe umbrella of Hip-Hop choreography, but we have specialists on our team thatenhance our style. We have dancers that are passionate about popping, krump, andother urban styles.
WOD: Where do you draw inspiration from? Who/what inspires you?
E: People that don’t allow their past and environment define who they are. People that are fighting for what they believe in. People who fight back at challenges that come there way. Failure and celebration. Pain and joy. Its all inspirational.
WOD: Why do you think dance is important to the world?
E: Dance is a healthy outlet to express yourself, empower yourself, and it brings people together. Generally, it’s a positive social interaction and it allows you to create your own world to become who ever you want to be. It transcends language, social class, race, and even country of origin. We may not have anything in common, but every dancer understands beautiful movement.
WOD: What do you think your fans would want to know about you?
E: We think fans would want to that yes, the injury on the show was real and yes, continuingto compete on it really hurt!
