WOD: How did it feel when you found out you’d be on Season 3?
HT: We felt excited knowing that we would be on season three of World Of Dance because it was an opportunity to get tap dance on the big screen. We want to share our love for this artform to the people who may not get to see it everyday.
WOD: What style are you performing, and why?
HT: We are performing as tap dancers because this is the style that we feel we are the strongest in. We also take our experiences from the other styles we train in and incorporate them into our tap dances.
WOD: How long have you been dancing, or dancing together?
HT: We had been competing against each other since we were ten, however our first time dancing as a duo was in July, 2018.
WOD: Where do you draw inspiration from?
HT: For Rachael, she is inspired by Anthony Morgeratp because he has contributed new ideas and innovations to the tap community. For Lilah, Jason Janas has personally taken her under his wing to help develop her individuality and work ethic as a dancer and person.
WOD: What do you think your fans would want to know about you?
HT: For our fans, we would want them to know that we are normal people. We aren't big social media influencers and we weren't child prodigies- we work hard for everything that we want to achieve and hope to inspire other who want to do the same.
WOD: What sets you apart from the competition?
HT: What sets us apart from the competition is our unique versatility We love many styles of dance and incorporate them into our tap dancing.
