WOD: How did it feel when you found out you’d be on Season 3?
DB: We were incredulous, because we didn’t believe this could ever happen in our life. But after that we realized that we were a part of that, where Jaba, Knijaz, Les Twins, and many others took part, it was unbelievable and at the same time it scared us.
WOD: What style are you performing, and why?
DB: Our style is tap dance and we chose it because we are very strong in this art form want to show that on the WOD stage.
WOD: How long have you been dancing, or dancing with your group?
DB: Since 2005, so 14 years
WOD: Where do you draw inspiration from? Who/what inspires you?
DB: First, we are inspired by our mom. She taught us most of the things that we know. Second, we are inspired by all the great masters of tap dance: Jimmy Slide, the Condos Brothers, Chuck Green, Gregory Hines, and the Nicholas Brothers as well as the new generation: Jared grimes, Antony Morigerato, Derik Grant, and Jason Samuel Smith.
WOD: What are you most excited/nervous about being on the show?
DB: We are excited because it will be the biggest thing that will happen in our life. It’s the most important stage where we will perform in front of millions of people and those outstanding judges: JLo, Derek, and Ne Yo.
WOD: Do you have a signature move/trick?
DB: Yes, the way we dance: the energy, the aggressive movement, and all the tricks that we put in the choreography are a part of our signature.
WOD: What sets you apart from the competition?
DB: We are tap dancers, so people will consider us the underdogs of the season but we are not!
