This Belgium Bboy crew impressed both the judges and viewers with their tricks and gravity-defying slow motion head spin. Learn more about this junior team in WOD Magazine's exclusive Q&A and find out what they really want fans to know about them.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJqz2RovfPc
WOD: How did it feel when you found out you’d be on Season 3?
BD: We could not believe it because the chances of a Bboy crew from Belgium airing World of Dance S3 was never heard of before. What are the odds of making that happen?
WOD: How long have you been dancing, or dancing as a group?
BD: The Battle Droids crew has been around since 2012 and most of our WOD team has been dancing for about 5 years.
WOD: What inspires you?
BD: We try to be as original as possible as a Bboy crew, that’s one of our codes within our scene.
WOD: What do you think your fans would want to know about you?
BD: Our fans should know that 90% of our crew does not have a girlfriend but that might change real quick so the lady's have to be fast!
WOD: Why do you think dance is important to the world?
BD: It can bring people together regardless of race, religion, gender, age- something the world really needs today. Also, many young people don't have a passion or something to hold on to and we believe dance has something for everyone. People just need time to find their talents.
WOD: What are you most excited or nervous about being on the show?
BD: We had to push ourselves to the max for WOD and get out of our comfort zone. The level of difficulty in our routines is really high so there’s a big chance of something going wrong.
WOD: What sets you apart from the competition?
BD: I think this season we are the only Bboy crew.
WOD: Have you won any competitions or titles in the past?
BD: We have won the Battle Of The Year world finals for kids two times which is the world's most prestigious breaking competition. We have also won many competitions in China, Italy, Holland, and more.
