This past weekend, the World of Dance Championship Series went back to Texas for World of Dance Houston 2018 (#WODHTOWN18). The energy, performances, and spirit from both performers and crowd combined to make a truly stellar day full of performances.So many teams hit the stage and gave it their all, but we can only award 3 winners per division. WOD Houston is part of the World of Dance Championship Series. This series of worldwide events represents the culture, artistry, athleticism, soul, and swag of dance. With roots in urban, hip hop, and street dance, World of Dance regional dance competitions now attract 100,000+ competitors and fans to events in more than 25 countries.In addition to the Championship Series competition performances, World of Dance Houston also featured some fantastic headliner performances, stay tuned to WOD Magazine for more event coverage.Qualifying dancers at each of these events are invited to compete in the annual World Championships held in Los Angeles.
