What has life been like since appearing on NBC’s World of Dance?
It has been amazing because NBC's World of Dance opened a lot of doors for us. It gave us a platform to reach out to people, teach and inspire them by sharing our journey with them. Many people have been recognizing me and my teammates for repping and bringing pride to our country. We received a lot of compliments and admiration for being an inspiration to the youth.
What have been some of the biggest changes/opportunities that have happened?
The team received many invitations from companies to perform as guests for events and also to perform on some of the big competitions and concerts of the dance community here in the Philippines. We’ve been also invited to perform on national TV.
What is your best memory being on the show?
Winning the title of Junior Team Divisional Champions for Season 3 is our best memory of the show! We will always be reminded of all of our hard work and perseverance in achieving something as prestigious as that. It feels amazing knowing that all our efforts and sacrifices for this competition paid off. But more than that, the chance to be in the same room as superstars like J Lo, Neyo and Derek Hough, the amazing people behind the camera and the best dancers (turned friends) in the world is something that we are very blessed to have experienced.https://www.instagram.com/p/BzQYQ_tF51_/
Would you ever consider competing on NBC’s World of Dance again?
Yes! We would keep joining World of Dance every time there’s a chance to be in it. It's not like any other competition we’ve been in because despite the pressure of competing, we had an amazing time! Meeting and getting to share the stage with talented dancers from all over the world is still surreal.
What have you been up to since you appeared on the show?
The team grew into a larger number and we competed at the Body Rock Dance Competition in San Diego, California.https://www.instagram.com/p/BzgVIFDlrrG/
What are your future plans/goals?
Being student-dancers, our main goal is to excel in our academics and at the same time, be the best version of a dancer that we can be. We just want to be successful in all of our individual goals and we'd like to serve as an inspiration to the people around us by working hard for these plans/goals.
Anything else you think our readers would like to know?
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported, and are still supporting our team in our World of Dance journey. None of this would be possible if it weren't for all of your overwhelming support. Most especially, we would like to thank God for giving this big opportunity to VPeepz. World of Dance is the best thing that can ever happen to us and we would always treasure every moment we spent here! Hupeep? VPeep!
